understand.ai Receives DIN ISO 9001 Certification

understand.ai has received ISO 9001 certification. This certification is the most widespread and important international standard in quality management (QM), which confirms the standard of internal processes in a company. As part of the certification, the confidentiality and integrity of the data as well as the availability of the systems are checked by an audit committee. In addition, the certification ensures that customer data and the provision of services to customers meet at least the internationally applicable standards.

The ISO 9001 certification confirms that the existing internal processes at understand.ai already fully meet the necessary requirements of the standard.
